The purpose of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 is to protect fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the right to privacy, during the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data as well as the procedures and principles they must comply with.
Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and relevant legislation, PARIWA TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY, acting in the capacity of Data Controller, may process your personal data solely within the framework explained below and in compliance with the Regulation on Private Hospitals, regulations of the Ministry of Health, and other applicable legislation.
Your personal data are collected by PARIWA TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY for the purposes of protecting public health, preventive medicine, maintaining records related to your applications to our healthcare institutions, carrying out medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and planning and managing healthcare services and their financing. Such data are obtained verbally, in writing, visually or electronically through:
Online systems via the Social Security Institution (SSI),
Records shared in cases of benefiting from private insurance companies,
Records of other healthcare institutions if you are referred to us,
Emails you send,
Call center call records,
Website,
Verbal, written and similar communication channels.
Including but not limited to the following, your special category personal data, particularly health data, and general personal data may be processed by PARIWA TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY in a manner that is relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes stated herein:
Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish ID number, passport number or temporary Turkish ID number, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, insurance and/or patient protocol number, and other identity data enabling identification,
Contact Information: Address, phone number, email address and other contact details,
Communication Records: Audio call records kept by customer representatives or patient services in accordance with call center standards, and personal data obtained through email, letters or other communication means,
Financial Information: Bank account number, IBAN, credit card information limited to receipt details, invoicing and billing data,
Insurance Information: Private health insurance data and Social Security Institution data for healthcare financing and planning,
Health Information: Medical reports, diagnosis data, biometric and genetic data, laboratory and test results, examination data, appointment and prescription information, and all other health-related data obtained during or as a result of diagnosis, treatment and care services,
Feedback Data: Surveys filled out by patients, thank-you and complaint letters, satisfaction results,
Camera Records: Images obtained from continuous camera recordings in common areas of our clinic as required by legislation,
Digital Data: Health and other personal data submitted or entered via all websites belonging to PARIWA TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY,
Employment Data: Personal data including resumes obtained in case of job applications, and all personal data related to employment contracts if you are an employee or affiliated employee of PARIWA TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
Within the scope of healthcare services, which are considered a public service, and pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your special category personal data may be processed by PARIWA TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY for the following purposes:
Protection of public health, preventive medicine, execution of medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and planning and management of healthcare services and their financing,
Planning and management of clinic operations,
Informing you about appointments upon request,
Sharing requested information with the Ministry of Health and other authorized public institutions in accordance with legislation,
Analyzing healthcare services received and storing health data for service improvement,
Identity verification,
Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure data security of systems and applications,
Retention of health data as required by legislation,
Providing information to regulatory and supervisory authorities upon request,
Sharing necessary information with private insurance companies for healthcare financing,
Execution of risk management and quality improvement activities,
Measuring patient satisfaction and responding to all inquiries and complaints.
Without limitation, personal data may also be processed for purposes such as execution and improvement of diagnosis, treatment and care services, planning and management of healthcare financing, increasing patient satisfaction, and conducting research and development activities. During data processing, no violation of your personal rights will be permitted.
In accordance with applicable legislation, your personal data may be recorded, stored, classified, processed, transferred, updated, and, where permitted by law, shared only with official authorities (such as courts, public prosecutors, ministries) upon request.
Your personal data may be transferred, within the scope of Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation and for the purposes stated above, to the following institutions and organizations:

Private insurance companies,
Ministry of Health and its affiliated units,
General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement authorities,
General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs,
Turkish Pharmacists’ Association,
Public Prosecutor’s Offices, Courts and judicial authorities,
Domestic and international laboratories and centers cooperating for medical diagnosis,
Our institution’s lawyers in case of legal disputes,
Authorized representatives of regulatory and supervisory bodies,
Other legally authorized public authorities.
Personal data shall not be shared with any other third parties outside of the above.
PARIWA TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY attaches the utmost importance to the protection and security of your personal data and ensures full compliance with all required technical and administrative security measures in accordance with information security standards and procedures. All security measures are implemented by considering technological capabilities and potential risks.
Pursuant to applicable legislation, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data are processed,
Request information if your data have been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used in accordance with that purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
Request deletion or destruction of personal data under Article 7 of the Law, without prejudice to legal obligations regarding retention of patient records,
Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties,
Object to results arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems.
You may submit your requests in accordance with Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller dated 10.03.2018 (No. 30356), in Turkish, in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously notified to and registered in the system of PARIWA TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
